After payment of your selected piece you will receive an email from our file sharing drop box containing 2 links, the first link is dedicated to your main picture (2 main pictures if you have selected for a double-sided piece). The second link is for your underlying pictures (please look under the product description for the recommended picture quantities). You have 48 hours after you receive the links to upload your files, it is best practice to have files ready before purchasing a piece. A file share dropbox is used due to the large file sizes and in order to avoid any resolution loses or compression. The links are also mobile friendly, thus can be filled with pictures from your favourite camera roll albums.

Note: links may take up to 24 hours to process and be sent as each is personalized and securitized

Each piece has recommendations for the optimal quantity of pictures (double sided pieces can have additional new pictures or duplicates from either side). [Note: The more pictures selected the smaller the background pictures become. Up to 5% of pictures may be rejected due to scaling ratio’s]

This step is for customers requiring digitalization of photographs. We offer digitalization of photographs with the purchase of a piece. Note: this is only for local customers as we do not want to risk losing the items during the shipping of your invaluable photographs

After we have received and confirmed both your main picture(s) and background pictures we begin the process of making your fully unique masterpiece. Each piece takes between 10-20 days to complete after the pictures have been sent in, depending on the size of the piece.

Each pieces is carefully packaged for shipping to the lower 48 States and Canadian provinces. Due to the large size and weight of the particular items each piece must be transported via LTL freight. Once a piece has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.
