For When Love Was Found

The original piece to start it all. A sculpture which contains all our family memories and loved ones, this piece displays my father and mother on their honeymoon, and within it a whole life they created ever since their marriage. This piece contains 1248 pictures all floating within 5 frames of glass, each placed in particular order to create a shimmer. The piece is held together by machines stainless fasteners, brackets and mounts, all attached to a concrete counter weight and finished in gloss black ceramic tile to match the adjacent fireplace in the master bedroom. This piece stands 42 inches wide, 12 inches deep and 76 inches tall, weighing 660 lbs.
